Mesan Incorporated was founded in 2001 by Lisa Martinez, a veteran of the government construction industry, now with more than 21 years of experience.
The company has grown steadily serving as a general contractor, specialty contractor (focusing on Divisions 2,3,7,8 and 9) and contract manager on numerous government and commercial projects in the U.S. and internationally. Mesan operates in all construction divisions thanks to its skilled Davis-Bacon employee base and extensive, proven subcontractor network.
Our strength and unique value lie in our record of completing projects on time, within budget and to the complete satisfaction of our clients. Because of our extensive bonding capacity, access to credit and strategic partnerships, no job is too large.
