With our joint venture partner, Martinez International Corporation, we have successfully undertaken numerous projects for the Department of State, Office of Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO) related to U.S. international diplomatic facilities. In all cases, we ensure the job is finished on time and within budget and that the facilities are functional and comply with applicable codes and other international and security requirements.
We maintain a pool of qualified, cleared personnel and subcontractors ready for immediate assignment to authorized OBO projects. Working within OBO’s three-phase Design-Build Procurement Process comes second nature to our team.
